Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1 lb fresh broccoli crowns 

1/3 chopped red onion

1/3 cup cheddar cheese

6 slices of crispy chopped bacon 

Sauce 

1/2 cup mayo

1 1/2 tbsp sugar

 3 tbsp cider vinegar

pinch of salt and pepper 

 

Directions

In a large bowl add broccoli,onion,cheese and bacon

Next make your sauce whisking all ingredients together

Pour sauce over broccoli mix until well coated

Refrigerate until ready to eat

 

Baked Beans

1 large can of bushes baked beans (homestyle)

1/2 cup ketchup 

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

1 tbsp yellow mustard 

1 small onion diced  

Mix and bake at 350 for about an hr

 

Ranch Pasta Salad

.Pasta salad 

1 bag of raos fusilli pasta

1/2 red onion diced

1 1/2 tomato chopped 

Chopped ham slices

1/4 sharp/mild cheddar 

1/4 Monterey Jack 

1/2 cup diced green peppers 

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup mayo

2 packs ranch dip mix 

 

Cook pasta as directed on bag. 

In a large bowl add cooked pasta and all vegetables, meat and cheese. 

Then pour half of the sauce and mix.

 

With the leftover sauce pour over after it’s chilled because it will be a bit dry

 

Mix and enjoy 

 

You can add as little sauce or as much as you want

 

Also, you can add whatever veggies, cheeses and meat you would like.
 

Sheet Pan Green Beans 

1 bag frozen string beans 

1/2 cup of heavy cream

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tbsp butter 

1/3 cup  Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (save a little for garnish)

1/2 tsp chicken bullion 

French’s crispy onions

 

In a pot, melt the butter and add the garlic. Sauté until fragrant 

 

Add heavy cream and chicken bullion and stir over medium heat until it starts to simmer 

 

Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until smooth. Set aside 

 

On a sheet pan dump the bag of green beans and put them into a 350 degree oven for about 5 mins, just to warm up

 

Pull green beans out of the oven and toss with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt and pepper 

 

Slowly pour the sauce over the green beans then top with crispy onions and a bit more Parmesan 

 

Bake for about 10mins or until bubbly 


 

Fresh Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

! medium tomato, with insides removed and diced

1/2 of a cucumber diced

1/2 red onion

Dressing 

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2  tbsp white vinegar

3/4 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic

1/2 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp basil

1 tsp lemon juice

 

Directions

Put all diced veggies into a medium sized bowl. Mix them up .

Add all the ingredients to a large measuring cup and whisk together. 

Pour as much or as little of the dressing over the veggies and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

Sprinlke with shredded mozzarella before serving. 

Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients 

 1 1/4 cup warm water

1 packet rapid rise yeast

1 tbsp + 1 tsp

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt 

3 1/2 cups flour 

 

Directions 

In a bowl mix water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for about 5 mins

Add oil and salt then slowly add flour.

Knead until flour is completely combined and you  can form a ball 

You can cover and let rise for 30 mins or use it right away if you don't have time to let it rise. 

Always cover with a towel and put in a warm area,  like top of the fridge or stove when letting dough rise. 

 

Yeast Rolls 

Ingredients

2/3 cup sugar 

2/3 cup butter

2 eggs 

1 1/2 tsp salt 

1 1/2 cup warm milk

6-7 cups  flour

2 pouches of rapid rise yeast

 

Directions

In a 4 cups measuring cup, add warm milk, sugar and yeast. Whisk and let it sit until its foamy on top. 

Next add eggs, butter and salt. Give it quick mix then start to slowly add your flour and knead until the dough comes together. 

If your using a stand mixer, use a dough hook and pour the liquid mixture into the bowl and slowly add your flour until the dough comes together. 

Form the dough into one large ball. Place dough into a bowl and cover with a towel and let rise until doubled in size.

Now that the dough is ready, form small balls making sure to roll and pinch the dough together and place on a greased pan. 

Let the dough rise again and cover with a towel.

Once the dough rises bake at 350 for about 40 mins or until rolls are brown on top. 

Take the rolls out and brush with butter while hot!

Let cool and enjoy!

 

Homestyle Green Beans

Ingredients

1-2 cans cut green beans
1 cup water
1 small onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 pieces of bacon
salt
black pepper

Directions
1. In a pot add chopped bacon and cook until crispy
2. Remove the bacon, add the onion and cook until it becomes soft
3. Add garlic, stir until fragrant
4. Put the bacon back in the pot and add the can of green beans
5. Cook until the water reduces, add salt and pepper to taste

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients 

2 lb bag of shredded frozen potatoes 

1 stick of butter

1 small onion diced

1 can of cream of chicken soup

2 cups sour cream

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese 

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions

In a large bowl dump in all ingredients and mix well. 

Dump the mix into a casserole dish. Spread evenly and bake at 350 for about 30-40 mins. 

Creamy Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 slices of Deli Deluxe American cheese (optional)
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions
1. In a medium pot, bring cream to a boil then add garlic powder, cheeses and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Once mixture is combined and smooth add pasta.
3. Mix and enjoy.
