Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients

1 pack of shredded beef 

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

 1/2 tsp garlic powder

 1/4 tsp pepper

 2 tbsp butter 

1 small onion sliced

1 green bell pepper sliced 

1 tbsp olive oil 

provolone cheese or white american cheese 

Slider buns

 

Directions 

In a skillet saute veggies with a drizzle of olive oil and cook until soft. Remove and set aside. 

Add meat to the same pan with oil and butter then add seasonings and cook until done.

When meat is done add veggies back to the pan with the meat and a few slices of cheese. Place the lid on top and let the cheese melt and mix until you have a cheesy mixture. 

Put the meat mixture on your choice of bread, sub roll or slider and enjoy!

*Optional but I spread a little mayo on my bread first then add the cheesy meat mixture.

Ranch Chip Dip

1 Hidden Valley ranch dip packet
16 oz sour cream
1 scallion chopped
4 slices cooked bacon chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill until ready to eat. 

 

Spinach Dip

Ingredients 

3/4 cup cooked spinach chopped

2 tbsp butter 

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 tsp onion powder 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

8oz cream cheese

1 cup Parmesan cheese 

1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese 

3/4 cup sour cream  

 

Directions

In a cast iron skillet add butter and garlic saute until fragrant 

Add cream cheese, both cheeses and sour cream

Combine spinach then spread out evenly 

Place the skillet in the oven and bake at 375 for 10mins or until bubbly.  

 

Serve and enjoy!
